Spread over 5,500 sq. ft in in a landmark building of Mangalore called The MAK Mall, Audi India has opened its second showroom, under the name of Jubilant Motor Works, in the southern state of Karnataka. Featuring the signature Audi honeycomb aluminum facade on the top exterior of the showroom and a display area that can accommodate 8 cars, Audi Mangalore will display the entire range of Audi cars available in India. Audi Mangalore will also house an Audi Shop where customers can choose from a variety of Audi branded merchandise.

After Audi Bengaluru, Audi Mangalore will cater to the ever increasing demand for luxury in Karnataka. We will ensure that our customers are provided with the best luxury experience that the brand with the four rings is known for worldwide and are looking forward to contribute significantly to Audi’s growth in India,” said K. Subramaniam, CEO, Jubilant Motor Works, that operates Audi Mangalore and Audi Bengaluru.
Audi Mangalore will also manage the Audi service facility located at the Kuloor Junction on the NH-17, that will cater to all the German car maker’s vehicles in the area. The facility is spread over an area of 13,200 sq ft. and has a capacity to service 12 cars per day in a single shift on a total of 6 bays.
Backed by a commendable growth in sales of 17.8 per cent in October 2013 when the company sold 1,002 units (over the same period 2012 the company sold 850 cars), Audi is looking to expand from its current 30 dealerships 34 dealerships across the country by the end of 2013. Sales for the period January – October 2013 stood at 8,393 units, a growth of 15.4 percent over the same period in 2012 when the company had sold 7,267 units.
